Design Diagnosis
-Starting at $250
One of our skilled designers will visit you to provide insight on how to best utilize and design your space. During the consultation a detailed assessment of the space will be taken. Measurements and a series of questions will be asked to assist us in formulating a plan to help resolve your design issue(s). You will be given a detailed synopsis filled with potential furniture and decor pairings, color palettes, and other resources to jump-start your design process.
Blueprints
3D Rendering & Virtual “Walk-Thru” - Starting at $500
Your 3D Rendering & Virtual Walk-Thru displays a life-like visual of what your home or business can look like before any demolition or major financial commitments are made. It will showcase a scaled layout with furnishing, color schemes, decor, and other design elements needed to create the design you desire.Once you approve your render, an ‘AR’ like “Walk-Thru” of the space is created giving you a virtual tour of the potential space.

A personal shopping experience where we do extensive research to find the best items on the market to furnish and accessorize your space. When shopping with us you get access to our special designer discounts to stores like CB2, Restoration Hardware and Interior Define to name a few. While choosing items, a product list with clickable links will be curated for your convenience. We will then assist you with selecting and pairing the right items before making your purchases.
***A minimum of $2,500 is required to make purchases.

Is a premium design service that allows us to collaborate with our clients on a deeper level to create the newly refined space they desire. These services are perfect for those who need extra support & assistance with the ins and outs of transforming a space. Whether you are looking to remodel, renovate or simply need support with a larger scale design project; we will guide you in every step of the way from beginning to end. Starting with strategizing design concepts, spacial planning, sourcing furniture and decor, to screening and hiring skilled trade men (and women) to assist in completing these projects.
